CI Financial Signs 20,000-Square-Foot Lease At The 55-Story 830 Brickell Under Construction In Miami’s Financial District

CI Financial Corp will be joining Microsoft as a tenant at the 55-story 830 Brickell Class A+ office tower under construction in Brickell. The Canadian asset and wealth management firm has announced the signing of a 20,000-square-foot lease as they plan to establish a headquarters in the U.S. within Miami’s Financial District. The 724-foot-tall is designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gil with Revuelta Architecture International as the executive architect for developers OKO Group and Cain International, the duo behind Missoni Baia and Una Residences, and Italian architecture and design firm Iosa Ghini Associati is handling interiors.

47-Story Una Residences Nears Sell Out As Underground Construction Continues

Una Residences is already nearing a complete sell out of it’s inventory in Brickell. Designed by Chicago’s Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture with Revuelta Architecture International as the architect of record and developed by the OKO Group together with London-based Cain International, the luxury condominium tower, addressed as 175 Southeast 25th Road, is projected to rise approximately 579-feet over Biscayne Bay spanning 47-stories with 150-feet of frontage along the waterfront. Construction continues on the massive 3-story parking garage that’ll simultaneously serve as the base and foundation of the tower.

Enter Una Residences; a 613-foot-tall, 47-story luxury condo tower set to rise on a 47,248 -square-foot plot of land and 150-feet of frontage along Miami’s Biscayne Bay. Construction is now approaching the half-way mark at 830 Brickell Plaza, a 57-story office tower in the Brickell neighborhood, Miami’s Financial District bordering Downtown and Riverside. Adjacent to the Eight Street light rail station, the 724-foot-tall skyscraper is designed by renown architectural firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture and developed by OKO Group.
