Designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by ACPV Architects and landscaping by Arquitectonica GEO, this 70-story, 860-foot-tall development positioned at one of Brickell Avenue’s most coveted locations, reflects a strong demand for its exclusive 189 residences. This financial infusion, arranged by Linkvest Capital with $78 million in refinancing for the first mortgage and an additional $26 million in first mortgages from Banesco for 1500 and 1548 Brickell Avenue, propels the development into its subsequent phases, including demolition and construction. John Moriarty & Associates is the general contractor.

Ytech, having acquired this now-vacant property in January 2017, is replacing what was once a 100,000-square-foot office space. The demolition is being conducted by John Moriarty & Associates (JMA), a renowned construction team. This pivotal step in the project, which features design by Arquitectonica, interiors by ACPV Architects, and landscaping by Arquitectonica GEO, is significant in realizing The Residences at 1428 Brickell. This development adds to Ytech’s momentum in the real estate sector following the recent approval of 75 Broadway by Miami’s Planning & Zoning department.

Developers File Plans For The Underline’s Expansion To Metrorail Douglas Station

Miami-Dade County planners will consider plans to expand The Underline recreational trail into the Douglas Road Metrorail Station property located at the northwest corner of the intersection between Douglas Road and South Dixie Highway. The county-owned site is approximately 7.54 net acres in size and includes the mixed-use transit-oriented development Link at Douglas by 13th Floor Investments and Adler Group, the Douglas Road Metrorail Station, and the proposed Underline expansion, which would run more or less below the Metrorail tracks. The trail’s expansion into this region of Miami, designed by Arquitectonica with ArquitectonicaGEO, makes up part of Phase 2 which also includes the section under the Coconut Grove Metrorail Station. Phase 2 will span 2.14 miles between Southwest 13th Street to Southwest 19th Avenue and is scheduled to complete in the Summer of 2023.

Foundation permits have been filed for three mixed-use highrises at 1420 South Miami Avenue in Brickell, Miami. Located between Southwest 14th Street and Southwest 14th Terrace with Southwest 1st Avenue on the west and South Miami Avenue on the east, the approximate 2.74-acre development site is located near the southern tip of the Brickell Financial District. It will give rise to three soaring adjoined superstructures of 50, 60, and 80 stories with around 2.72 million square feet of space. The project was designed by Arquitectonica with ArquitectonicaGEO handling landscape architecture and being developed by Mast Capital. Moss & Associates is listed as the contractor for this scope of work.

Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Terra Group (Terra) under the Terra International Services, LLC, this phase of the development will consist of 384 multi-family dwelling units, approximately 50,000 square feet of grocery and retail, and approximately 853 parking spaces in a structured garage. The 2.575-acre subject property is owned by Miami-Dade County and leased to Terra for developmental purposes, representing a fraction of the overall planned 43-acre Upland Park transit-oriented mixed-use community where the developer is spending $1 billion to build nearly 2,000 residential units, 200,000 square feet of retail, a 12-story hotel, a 16- story office building, medical facilities and a school.

The developer is planning a 340-foot-tall mixed-use building designed by Arquitectonica that would stand 30 stories and directly front Biscayne Bay. Plans calls for 473,252 square feet of space including 201 residential units with 32,654 square feet of amenities, a 19,455-square-foot space for a restaurant with a waterfront terrace, a 1,860-square-foot juice bar/coffee bar on the ground floor, 52,358 square feet of office space and a parking structure incorporated into the podium with 408 parking spaces. Mast Capital Gets FAA Approval For 940-Foot-Tall Cipriani Residences And 693-Foot-Tall Multifamily Towers At 1420 S. Miami Avenue In Brickell

Miami-based Mast Capital received building permit approvals from the Federal Aviation Administration for two structures located at 1420 South Miami Avenue in Brickell, where the firm is planning a 2.6-million-square-foot mixed-use development with three towers across a 2.76-acre site. The tallest structure, the 80-story condominium dubbed Cipriani Residences, will rise 940-feet, or 950-feet above sea level. The second structure, a 59-story apartment tower, will top out at 693-feet, or 710-feet above sea level. Aeronautical studies conducted by the FAA revealed neither of the two structures would have any adverse effects on the navigable airspace.

Arquitectonica is listed as the architect with ArquitectonicaGEO as the landscape architect and Miami Freedom Park, LLC (MFP) is the developer for the 72-acre property at 1400 – 1550 Northwest 37th Avenue in Grapeland Heights beside Miami International Airport. The property is solely owned by the City of Miami, and is leased to MFP for 99-years with the intent of developing a world-class 25,000-seat Major League Soccer stadium for Inter Miami CF, a 600,000-square-foot Soccer Village with food, beverage and retail venues, 750 hotel rooms, 400,000 square feet of office space, and 5,100 parking spaces.
