13-Story ‘Motorsport Tower’ Proposed For The Magic City Innovation District In Little Haiti, Little River Neighborhoods

Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) has received proposals for Motorsport Tower, a 13-story office building set to be developed on Parcel 8 of the emerging 17.75-acre Magic City Innovation District in Little Haiti. The 1.51-acre property is located near the southern boundary of the Little Haiti District along Northeast 4th Avenue and between Northeast 60th Street to the north and Northeast 59th Terrace to the south. Designed by Miami-based DB Lewis Architect-Thresholds Intl. and developed by Imperial Capital Group, LLC, an affiliate of Motorsport Network led by Mike Zoi, the development proposes 544,294 square feet of new construction including 206,352 square feet of office space, 79,676 square feet of commercial space, 390 parking spaces and 24 bicycle spaces.

Mast Capital has applied for permits to begin vertical construction on a massive three-towered mixed-use complex planned for 1420 South Miami Avenue in Brickell. As per the permit applications submitted on the 1st and 4th of May, the Miami-based developer is preparing to build a complex comprised of 856 multifamily rental units and 394 condominium residences. Plans for the site include two apartment towers of 50- and 60-stories and a branded 80-story condominium tower in collaboration with luxury leisure brand Cipriani, featuring Arquitectonica as the design architect and ArquitectoniaGEO as the landscape architect.

Designed by international architecture firm Arquitectonica with interiors by New York’s Rockwell Group, and developed by Related Group, this residential project is anticipated to elevate oceanfront living with a collection of 119 luxury residences along the sun-soaked sands of Pompano Beach with 283-feet of pristine frontage along the Atlantic Ocean. Related announced the launch of sales earlier this year, with availability comprising one- to four-bedroom units ranging in size from 1,085 to 3,934 square feet, and priced from $1.8 million.
