Building permits have been filed with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for 600 Miami Worldcenter, a 32-story residential tower planned at 600 Northeast 1st Avenue in Downtown Miami. The Federal Aviation Administration has approved permits for work on 501 First Residences, a 40-story residential building under construction at 501 Northeast 1st Avenue in Downtown Miami. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International and developed by Aria Development Group with AQARAT, the building will have over 400,000 square feet of space, including 448 fully-furnished luxury condominium units featuring interiors by Shim Projects and 3,127 square feet of commercial space. Beauchamp Construction is serving as the general contractor.

Developers Acquire Last Miami Worldcenter Development Site For 600+ Unit Condo Project

A joint venture between Miami-based Aria Development Group and Fort Lauderdale-based Merrimac Ventures has acquired the last remaining parcels of land at the 27-acre Miami Worldcenter mixed-use district in Downtown Miami. The 34,800-square-foot assemblage includes a 24,000-square-foot site at 33, 45, and 55 Northwest 6th Street known as The Miami Link, acquired from I L A Employers Welfare Fund SE FL Ports Inc. (International Longshoremen’s Association) for $11 million, and a 10,800-square-foot-site at 600 Northeast 1st Avenue, acquired from Miami SPE LLC for $6.5 million, bringing the total acquisition cost to $17.5 million. The developers are planning a residential condominium tower with over 600 units across as many as 32 floors. Revuelta Architecture International is the design architect, and The Design Agency is handing interior design.

Just a month after the unveiling, Aria Development Group has submitted applications to the Urban Development Review Board seeking approvals for the construction of  their upcoming 40-story tower known as 501 First Residences in Downtown Miami. Designed by renown architect Revuelta Architecture International with interiors by Shim Projects, the development is located at 501 Northeast 1st Avenue, at the south-western corner of the interior lot including the addresses 121 NE 5th St. and 515 NW 2st Ave. The tower is expected to yield 393,912 square feet, including 448 fully furnished luxury residential units and 3,127 square feet of commercial space.
