Developers Fortune International Group and Oak Capital announce the launch the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Pompano Beach, a two-tower luxury property planned to be constructed at 1380 South Ocean Boulevard. The development offers a unique living experience with both a 117-unit oceanfront Beach Tower facing the Atlantic Ocean and an 88-unit waterfront Marina Tower positioned along the Intracoastal Waterway with a private resident marina. Both buildings are designed by Revuelta Architecture International, and will feature meticulously curated interiors and lush landscape design by world-renowned designer Piero Lissoni.
Earlier this week, applications for a pair of 750-foot-tall structures in Sunny Isles Beach were submitted to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The coordinates listed in the filings match perfectly with 18801 Collins Avenue, a development site spanning well over 200,000 square feet owned by La Playa Beach Associates LLC. The entity was formed in 2014 as a joint venture between Hallandale Beach-based Chateau Group and Miami-based Fortune International Group to redevelop the property into massive mixed-use project. The new filing calls for the construction of two high-rises structurally topping off at 739-feet and 742-feet, or 750-feet above sea level, adding these buildings in to the ranks of the tallest on a waterfront in the United States.
New York City’s KAR Properties and Miami’s Fortune International Group are pleased to announce they have bought out the remaining 81 unit inventory at Reach and Rise Residences at Brickell City Centre, two 43-story luxury residential skyscrapers located at 68 SE 6th St. and 88 SW 7th St. developed by Hong Kong’s Swire Properties.
