The upcoming building is the already announced 32-story oceanfront Beach Tower, planned for 1380 South Ocean Boulevard, as part of the Ritz Carlton Residences Pompano Beach. This development is a joint venture partnership between Fortune International Group and Oak Capital. With approval to rise 353 feet, it will surpass the current tallest structures, the 334-foot-tall Pompano Beach Club towers, which have held this title since their completion in 1975.
