Plans For Ora By Casa Tua To Go Before Miami’s Urban Development Review Board On May 17

Ora by Casa Tua, a 76-story mixed-use skyscraper planned for 1210 Brickell Avenue in the heart of Miami’s bustling Brickell financial district, is set to go before Miami’s Urban Development Review Board on May 17. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by m2atelier and developed by Fortune International Group, the tower is set to rise 930 feet, replacing an existing 7-story parking garage. The project would yield roughly 1.3 million square feet, including 540 residential units, 53,841 square feet of office space, 24,260 square feet of commercial space, 955 car parking spaces, and 1,980 bike parking spaces, all on the 1.06-acre site.

Plans have been filed for Ora by Casa Tua, a 76-story mixed-use skyscraper at 1210 Brickell Avenue in Miami’s financial district. Designed by the renowned architectural firm Arquitectonica and developed by Fortune International Group, newly revealed renderings reveal the uniquely shaped structure, which aims to rise 930 feet and feature 540 residential units, 53,841 square feet of office space, 24,260 square feet of commercial space, 955 car parking spaces, and 1,980 bike parking spaces.  A 7-story parking garage at the 1.06-acre site will be demolished to make way for the new tower, located at the confluence between South Miami Avenue and Brickell Plaza with Southeast 13th Street.

Developers Get Utilities For Planned 750-Foot-Tall St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles Beach

Fortune International Group and Château Group have signed a utility agreement allowing construction to proceed on the St. Regis Residences, a two-towered residential development planned at 18801 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. According to county records, the utility agreement, signed on March 15, includes details of the utilities provided to the development, which will feature 336 residential units, a 6,226-square-foot full-service restaurant, and 3,970 square feet of office space. Arquitectonica is the architect alongside São Paulo-based designer Patricia Anastassiadis for interiors, and EDSA is the landscape architect.

Developers Secure $34 Million From Bank OZK To Begin Construction On 66-Story One River Point In Downtown Miami

One River Point Partners, LLC, a joint venture partnership between New York’s KAR Properties and Miami’s Fortune International Group, has secured a $34 million loan to initiate the first phase of construction on One River Point, a twin-towered 66-story residential development planned for 24 Southwest 4th Street in Downtown Miami. Designed by the star architect Rafael Viñoly of Rafael Viñoly Architects, the pair of connected towers will contain a combined 368 condominium units, and sit immediately north of the Miami River. The property will enjoy a desirable location in the city’s epicenter being just minutes away from luxury retail shopping and entertainment areas as well as the major transportation hubs, the Port of Miami, Miami International Airport, and cultural landmarks such as the Adrienne Arsht Center and Perez Art Museum.
