A new multi-family housing complex is unraveling in Pompano Beach, Florida. Sonata Apartments will have 121 units, with at least 57 designated as rent-restricted housing.

Vertical construction has topped out on Downtown 6, a 60-story mixed-use residential tower at 46 NE 6th Street in Downtown Miami. The project is being developed by Melo Group and will ultimately deliver 824 residential units upon completion. The tower reached its full height roughly 12 months after construction began in early 2025 and remains on track for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
