Turnberry has completed the foundation pour for ONE Park Tower by Turnberry, a 33-story ultra-luxury condominium tower within the 184-acre master-planned community of SoLé Mia in North Miami. A master building permit has been issued for Baccarat Residences Miami, a luxury condominium tower developed by Related Group and GTIS Partners and designed by Arquitectónica. Miami’s Building Department issued the permit to allow for the continued development of the 848-foot-tall skyscraper, under construction at 99 Southeast 5th Street and expected to be completed in early 2028. Located at 77 Southeast 5th Street in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, this 45-story tower, already under construction, was initially envisioned as a rental project but has since been repositioned as a condominium development. This marks Viceroy’s first standalone residential venture. Designed by the internationally acclaimed firm Arquitectonica, the building will feature interiors by award-winning studio Meyer Davis. With John Moriarty & Associates as the general contractor, construction is projected to top off later this year and be completed in early 2026. Related Group and GTIS Partners have secured a $328 million construction loan for the Baccarat Residences Miami, a 75-story luxury condominium tower at the gateway of Brickell Avenue. The financing, arranged by Berkadia South Florida, supports the development of the 848-foot-tall skyscraper, which is currently under construction at 99 Southeast 5th Street and is expected to be completed in early 2028. Over 95 percent of the residences have been sold since the launch in late 2021. John Moriarty & Associates is the general contractor.

Berkadia announced it arranged for $172 million in construction financing for ONE Park Tower by Turnberry, a 33-story, 292-unit condominium tower located at 2411 Laguna Circle in the 184-acre master-planned community of SoLé Mia in North Miami, Florida. Designed by the award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica, with interiors by the globally acclaimed Meyer Davis and landscaping by DS Boca, the building offers a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, including a selection of penthouses. The financing deal was orchestrated by Managing Director Scott Wadler, Associate Director Alec Fox, Senior Managing Director Mitch Sinberg, and Managing Directors Brad Williamson and Matt Robbins of Berkadia South Florida. It was closed with Bank OZK on behalf of Turnberry, led by Chairman and CEO Jackie Soffer, on March 25.
