51-Story “Natiivo” To Be Developed At 601 NE 1st Avenue In Downtown Miami

A new 51-story mixed-use tower is destined to rise in Downtown Miami. The project’s official name is “Natiivo”, the first building purposefully designed for home-sharing, which is anticipated to rise to a full height of 588-feet. Addressed as 601 Northeast 1st Avenue, the corner plot of land in which the project is located is within Miami’s Central Business District. The developer, Sixth Street Miami Partners, LLC, an entity affiliated with the Galmut Family, has partnered with famed architectural firm Arquitectonica to design the building.

Related Group’s 37-Story “The District” Approved For Downtown Miami

The City of Miami Planning and Zoning Department has approved the application for the development of Related Group’s mixed-use 37-story tower named “The District”. Addressed as 225 North Miami Avenue, the tower will rise to approximately 394-feet within Miami’s Central Business District at the southeast corner of N. Miami Ave. and Northeast 3rd Street. The development site is steps away from the American Airlines Arena and Bayfront Park, as well as the Government Center Metromover Station. The application was originally filed on August 8, 2020 under the Parcel C, LLC, an affiliate of Related Group.

Exterior Work Progresses At Melo Group’s 51-Story Downtown 5th

Exterior work is progressing at Downtown 5th, two twin 51-story residential towers addressed as 25 NE 5th Street and 55 NE 5th Street in Miami’s Central Business District. The 1,422,969-square-foot structure rises to is designed by Melo Architecture and developed by Melo Group, yielding 1,042 units and approximately 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Melo’s in-house team is handling leasing and marketing for the residences, which range from one-to-three bedroom floor plans, including several duplexes and penthouse level units. The development is bounded by NE 5th Street to the south, NE 6th Street to the north, NE 1st Avenue to the west and N Miami Avenue to the east and is walking distance from the American Airlines Arena and Miami Central Station.

Society Biscayne At 400 Biscayne Boulevard Continues Ascent In Downtown Miami

Construction is making steady progress at Society Biscayne designed by Sieger Suarez, a 571-foot-tall mixed-use skyscraper rising in Downtown Miami. Developed by Property Markets Group and Greybrook Realty Partners, the 49-story tower is located at the south-east corner of Biscayne Boulevard and NE 5th Street. The site is addressed as 400 Biscayne Boulevard, sitting directly across the street from Bayside Marketplace and just steps away from the American Airlines Arena. This development also happens to be one of the largest to rise in the current building boom, adding a total of 951,573 square feet of real estate to the city of Miami.
