Two Roads Development And Alpha Blue Ventures Break Ground On Forté At 1309 South Flagler Drive In West Palm Beach

Two Roads Development and Alpha Blue Ventures have officially broken ground on Forté, a new 24-story waterfront residential building at 1309 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. The ceremonial event occurred on Thursday March 3, 2022, which was was attended by elected officials, community representatives and future residents. Designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica with interiors imagined by Jean-Louis Deniot, the condominium development will boast 41 luxury residences spanning anywhere between 4,200 to 8,400 square feet, configured in three- and four-bedroom floor plans and a crown jewel six-bedroom penthouse spanning 8,900 square feet with an additional 2,000-square-foot private rooftop deck which includes a pool, summer kitchen, cabana bath and unmatched 360-degree views. Over 80% of Forté’s residences have sold, with a majority of the buyers coming from markets across the domestic U.S.

Two Roads Development and Alpha Blue Ventures have landed a $121.5 million construction loan for the development of Forté, a 24-story waterfront luxury condominium tower anticipated to rise at 1309 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. Designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica, with interiors  by Jean-Louis Deniot, the project is planned to yield 41 expansive luxury residences; sales have done exceptionally well with nearly 60% sold prior to commencing construction. Units will come in three-and four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 4,200 to 8,400 square feet, and a six-bedroom penthouse spanning 8,900 square feet, priced from $6.7 million to $30 million.

Plans have been revived for a prime piece of real estate along Downtown Tampa’s famed riverwalk. Developer Two Roads Development has partnered with Montage Hotels & Resorts to develop Pendry Tampa, a 38-story luxury hotel and residential building planned to rise at 103 Ashley Drive South. The project is comprised of a 5-star hotel with 220 rooms at the base of the tower, with 207 Pendry Residences throughout the upper floors, and opulent amenities. Developer Two Roads Development is currently in the planning stages for One Ashley, a 37-story mixed-use tower proposed for Downtown Tampa. Addressed as 103 Ashley Drive South, the currently vacant site sits along the Tampa Riverwalk and right across the street from the developers Tampa office at 100 Ashley Drive South. They have tapped world-class design firm Arquitectonica with Adache Group Architects as the architect of record to design the 409-foot-tall structure, which will consist a mix of residential and hotel space, and restaurant uses.
