The development is located on the corner of Griffin Road and Davie Road. These two major roads from an intersection that is in walking distance from the famous Bergeron Rodeo Grounds.

The development will be located on 14 acres of land, of which includes old Armadillo Square. Nob Hill Partners, LLC is the company overseeing the project’s completion. The organization is based out of Fort Lauderdale.

There is no information about the size of the residential space, but it will have 230 condos on the upper floors. These condos will be replaced in the complex’s rear away from the retail spaces.
