Oasis Hallandale 2019 LLC is overseeing the construction of a luxury residential development located in Hallandale, FL. Plans for the project date back to 2020, and currently, the complex is accepting applications for potential residents. In total, construction is estimated at $370 million. Units run anywhere from $427,000 to $1.08 million.
The site plans
The building itself comprises two 25-story towers with 500 units. Some units will have one bedroom while others will have three. The one-bedroom units are about 850 square feet, while the larger units could be as big as 1,736 square feet.
The residence’s interior designer is Bernardo Fort-Brescia. Each residential unit will come with Italian-imported cabinets, double sinks in the master bathrooms, walk-in closets, and frameless glass showers. Some units even come with balconies that oversee the greater Hallandale area.
Residents’ amenities
The development is not just residential space, however. It will also have 34,691 square feet of office space and 59,219 square feet of retail and restaurant space. For guests’ and residents’ convenience, there will be 1,486 parking spots.
The development is packed with amenities. Inside the building, there will be an arcade for kids, two pools, a yoga studio, a golf simulator, a mini soccer field, and playgrounds. There will also be a 24/7 lobby attendant.
