Beeline Commons is a sprawling commercial space coming soon to the Palm Beach Park of Commerce, which at the time of publication, employed 1,350 people, consisted of 69 companies, and has 1.85 million square feet of offices, warehouses, and distribution space.

The new complex will rest on 10 acres of land and comprise a 100 room hotel. In total, there will be over 75,000 square feet of new construction. The hotel will be four stories tall and feature a pool. There will be two separate buildings that make up the office/retail space, with each building being two stories tall and 25,000 square feet.

Beeline Commons will also have a gas station/convenience store, measuring 5,636 square feet and being one story tall. There is no information right now as to what the convenience store will be. However, we do know that there will be 16 fuel pumps for customers’ use.

Per the Construction Journal, the project will cost at least $10 million to complete. The organizations working on the project include Glidden Spina + Partners, S&K Worldwide Realty, LLC, Collins Development, and Urban Design Kilday Studios.

Beeline Commons will be located in Jupiter, FL, which is in Palm Beach County. It will be located alongside State Route 710.

    Awful to see that this strips so much of the forest and does not keep with the natural look of the area. People do not come out this way to look at buildings. This area is about wildlife and nature. This commercial space will ruin that.

  2. Awful to see the demise of our wildlife and nature for corporate development. I do not support this and I’m a 26 yr veteran in commercial real estate.
