The Estates at Acqualina is an upcoming luxury residence coming soon to Sunny Isles, FL. Construction began the in the 3rd quarter of 2019 and is expected to reach completion in August 2022.
The project is estimated to cost $558 million, per the Construction Journal. As noted, the complex will comprise luxury condos. In total, there will be two buildings that measure 50 stories above grade.
There will be over 1 million square feet of new construction, featuring 190 units. The complex will sit on 5.60 acres of land. Per the project’s website, units in the South Tower Residence will cost anywhere from $5.6 million to $8.4 million.
The most expensive residences are the penthouses, which will cost anywhere from $30 million to $35 million. The South Tower Residences will reach completion in Fall 2021. The “Boutique Tower” will be finished in 2022.
In terms of amenities, there will be 45,000 square feet of enjoyment for both residents and visitors. Some of the most notable features include a golf simulator, ice skating rink, bowling alley, and Wall Street Trader’s Clubroom. In terms of recreational areas, there will be a wellness center, bocce court, basketball court, and gym.
