Novo Kendall Town is continuing construction in Jacksonville, FL. The $30.2 million residential complex began construction in 2020. The Jacksonville Business Journal reports that the first units will become available in February 2022, with construction completely ending in Fall 2022.
Per Summit Contracting Group, future residents can choose from 300 units spread across 10 three-story buildings. Of the 300 units, 180 are one-bedroom units, 90 are two-bedroom units, and 30 are three-bedroom units. The average unit is 943 square feet.
Group 4 Design Inc. is the project’s architect. The Construction Journal reports that the organization presently has 20 active projects, mostly in the private residential sector. The Jacksonville-based organization designed the low-rise, garden-style buildings to have a 5,200 square foot clubhouse. Amenities also include a dog park, pool, running trail, and fitness center.
In total, Novo Kendall Town requires 280,000 square feet of new construction. The site itself rests on 16 acres of land and borders a 20-acre lake. Shelton McNally Real Estate Partners, the venture’s developer, notes that Novo Kendall Town is “part of the Kendall Town Planned Community…four miles from the busy port of Jacksonville.”
The multi-family development is located at 1290 Kendall Town Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL, 32225. It’s located in Duval County.
