The Plaza 441 is a kosher, mixed-use residential/commercial/entertainment venture coming to Hollywood, FL. The $70 million project is presently seeking site plan approvals with construction ending in December 2022, per the Construction Journal. There are nine potential bidders hoping to bring the project to fruition.
The South Florida Business Journal reports that the 16-story venture will include 200 hotel rooms and 64 condos. In total, the endeavor requires over 660,000 square feet of new construction, including over 49,000 square feet of office space, 22,000 square feet of retail, and 14,000 square feet of restaurants. The two-acre premises also includes a 582-space parking garage.
The condos measure about 1,600 square feet each and cost about $1 million a unit. Amenities include a hotel deck on the sixth floor, a fitness center, and a spa. Condo owners gain access to the rooftop “sky lounge.”
The Plaza 441 is owned by BSD Capital. This is the second kosher hotel it has overseen. The first was Wyndham Dolce Kosher House Hotel, a six-story Wyndham Hotel near U.S. 41. Both hotels feature kosher food and automatic elevators on Shabbat. Developer Sharon Sharaby told the South Florida Business Journal that both hotels are open to everyone regardless of religion.
The Plaza 441 is located at 5300 South State Road 7, Hollywood, FL, 33314. It’s located in Broward County, down the street from the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood’s Guitar Hotel.

Quick, call the Dr. The design of this Kosher hotel is giving me a stomach ache….I think the architects have mixed milk and meat with alot of treyfe in the design. Seriously, look what RAMSA is doing in WPB and look at this building. I’m going to eat some bacon in protest.
