Addison Farms Apartments is undergoing construction in Apopka, Florida. The 262-unit complex features luxury residences for those living in Orange County. The homes, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans, will be spread across multiple three-story buildings. Select homes feature private garages.
Communal amenities include a swimming pool, an integrated clubhouse, a dog park, and a designated amenity area. Many of the complex’s best amenities are actually within miles of the complex itself. Within commuting distance, residents can enjoy easy access to Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Studios Florida.
The complex is near many of Orlando’s vacation spots.
Charlan Brock Architects designed the Class A complex. Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer. ContraVest Construction is the general contractor. It hopes to end construction on the venture in the fourth quarter of 2023. Addison Farms Apartments rests on a 17-acre parcel, and the complex comprises more than 252,000 square feet of new construction.
ContraVest is the owner. The 34-year-old firm has other active ventures under the Addison banner. One of those ventures is in Georgia, and similar to Addison Farms Apartments, it’s a multi-family complex. The veteran-owned organization has built over 25,000 residences since its inception, with many more still in the pipeline.
The complex features more than 260 units in multiple low-rise buildings.
