Developers Propose 246-Unit Complex for Old Kings Road North, Palm Coast, Florida

Palm Coast, Florida, could soon be home to a 246-unit residential complex. The Tribute will comprise one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans, with 77 being one-bedroom units. According to the Palm Coast Observer, the development could feature multiple apartment buildings and carriage houses.

They will measure three to four stories above grade; the tallest one will measure just under 60 feet. The buildings will overlook a body of water, either a retention pond or lake. The buildings will be white with dark accent colors.

The Tribute could measure more than 20 acres.

Proposed communal amenities include two dog parks, a fitness center, a coffee bar, a swimming pool, and a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse. In total, the Tribute measures 22.85 acres. There could be 11 units per acre.

Right now, the project is presently seeking site plan approvals. The venture could cause more than $20 million to build and require at least 18 months of construction once it starts. The high-end community is geared toward older people, but residency is open to everyone.

The complex is proposed for Palm Coast, FL.

Other involved parties in the Tribute include Zev Cohen & Associates, Inc. (the civil engineer) and Verlander Landscape Architecture, LLC (the landscape architect). Some prospective bidders include Locker Solutions and ProFast Supply Inc.

The Tribute’s address is Old Kings Road North, Palm Coast, Florida, in Flagler County.
