Sentosa is a mixed-use development taking shape in Pompano Beach, Florida. The multi-million-dollar venture offers 285 apartments, according to the South Florida Business Journal. The apartments will be spread across two seven-story buildings. Homes range from studios to three-bedroom units. They measure 575 square feet to 1,263 square feet. Plans also call for 4,164 square feet of commercial space.

Features include a four-story parking garage with more than 280 spots. Communal amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, yoga studio, co-working lounge, pet spa, and more. Sentosa rests on a 6.2-acre site. Falcone Group, the owner, purchased the build site for $10.6 million earlier in 2022.
Sources report that the venture requires more than 343,000 square feet of new construction. MSA Architects designed the community. Rhett Roy Landscape Architect is the landscape architect, and Thomas Engineering Group, LLC is the civil engineer. Sources report that construction began on the venture earlier in 2022, although this hasn’t been confirmed.
The proposed build already has structures on it.
Google Earth’s software shows that some structures already exist on the build site. General contractors must demolish them before construction begins. The structures appear unoccupied. Sentosa’s address is 3151 North Federal Highway, Pompano Beach, Florida, 33062, in Broward County. It’s east of I-95.
