101 Dania Beach is a mixed-use community proposed for Dania Beach, Florida. The 13-story luxury apartment building would offer 278 units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes.
They would measure 500 square feet to 1,250 square feet each. The venture’s website reports that apartments come with in-unit washers and dryers, quartz countertops, energy-efficient appliances, and more.

Penthouses come with ceilings measuring close to 10 feet. Communal amenities comprise a swimming pool, barbecue area, dog park, 24-hour fitness center, and other activities. Plans also call for an 880-square-foot café and about 450 parking spots.
The South Florida Business Journal reports that the venture requires close to 445,000 square feet of new construction. It could rest on a 1.89-acre lot. Sources report that the Apollo Companies (the developer and general contractor) could start construction in early 2023.

101 Dania Beach is expected to cost $122.5 million to complete. Caymares Martin is the architect. Conceptual renderings show a high-rise building with a neutral-colored facade. The Miami-based firm presently has two projects; 101 Dania Beach and Leisure City Apartments 2.
The latter venture’s located in Homestead and features 263 apartments. 101 Dania Beach’s address is 101 Southwest 1st Street, Dania Beach, Florida, 33004, in Broward County. The venture’s south of Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
