Harmon on the Lake is a class A residential property undergoing construction in Apopka, Florida. Completion’s planned for 2023. The $43 million venture will offer 180 units spread across six three-story wood-framed buildings, according to Summit Contracting Group. Rent isn’t publicly available at this time, but the units will go for at-market rates.
Communal amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and various outdoor community spaces. In total, the venture requires more than 210,000 square feet of new construction. Republic Properties Corp. is the developer. Capstone-Companies reports that developers purchased the 12.7-acre build site for $3.6 million in November 2021.

Kimley-Horn––Raleigh is the civil engineer, and Summit Contracting Group is the general contractor. There are scarce conceptual renderings of the housing development online. However, there are renderings showing the build site, which did not have any existing structures prior to construction. Contrary to the name, Harmon on the Lake does not offer lakefront views. However, it is within driving distance of Lake Apopka, situated to the west of the development.
