Hollywood Courtyard by Marriott is unfolding in Hollywood, Florida. Per Adache Group, the 13-story venture will offer 112 guestrooms, ranging from single-bed to multi-bed accommodations. The Real Deal reports that the hotel will cost $30 million to complete.
In addition to its rooms, the venture will comprise many amenities, including a swimming pool, Starbucks, meeting rooms, business center, and around-the-clock fitness center. The general contractor is expected to finish working on the 137,000-square-foot venture in early 2024.
MHG Hotels is the developer. It purchased the build site for $2 million in October 2021. Hollywood Courtyard by Marriott will replace two office buildings that were built in 1958 and 1960. According to Sanjay Patel, president and CEO of MHG Hotels: “The stunning new hotel was designed to appeal specifically to Hollywood visitors looking for a truly unique experiential stay.”
Hollywood Courtyard by Marriott is just one of many hotels springing up in South Florida right now. The South Florida Business Journal reports that there are 25 hotels in the pipeline right now. One of those hotels is E11even Hotel & Residences Miami, which we reported on in November 2022.
Hollywood Courtyard by Marriott’s address is 1926-1934 Tyler Street, Hollywood, Florida, 33020, in Broward County.
