Our sources suggest that a new housing development is nearing the end of construction in St. Petersburg, Florida. Alante by Onyx+East will comprise 26 townhomes, ranging from two-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans.
There are three designs to choose from: Alante Bayamo, Delhi, and Alante Annadale. These are organized from smallest to largest. Per the venture’s website, the townhomes will measure 1,708 square feet to 2,077 square feet each.
The homes come with built-in smarthome technology.
They come outfitted with flex space for in-home offices, along with walk-in closets and quartz countertops. They also come with pre-wired smart home technology and feature rooftop terraces measuring 408 to 464 square feet. Alante by Onyx+East offers easy access to the EDGE District and Tropicana Field––although there are many onsite amenities, too.
Zillow estimates that homes will start at $739,990, although this figure is subject to change. In January 2021, St. Pete Rising noted that homes would start in the $400,000s.
The community will offer 26 homes.
St. Pete Rising reports that the venture rests on a 1.1-acre build site, formerly hosting the St. Pete Eco-Village. Onyx+East purchased the parcel for $1.65 million in the first quarter of 2021. Place Architecture is the architect. Conceptual renderings show a community “with modern architecture and wood accents.” Alante by Onyx+East’s address is 302 15th Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33705, in Pinellas County.
