Roger B. Kennedy Construction has broken ground on the Sarah at Crescent Park, a multi-family community in Orlando, Florida. The complex will comprise 252 units, offering one-bedroom to three-bedroom floorplans spread across five four-story buildings.
Construction Review Online notes that homes come outfitted with wooden plank-style flooring, smart locks, and voice-activated lights/thermostats. Shared amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, game and movie rooms, and children’s playground. Residents also have the option of renting space in a detached garage for their vehicles.
Construction is expected to end in the fourth quarter of 2024. LeCesse Development Corp. is the developer. Multi-Housing News reports that the Altamonte Springs-based firm has produced more than 20,000 residential units since 1952.
Just this past September, the organization broke ground on the second phase of GrandeVille at Malta in New York. Kimley-Horn is the Sarah at Crescent Park’s civil engineer, and Dynamik Design is the architect. Conceptual renderings online show a garden-style community with stone frames. Fifth Third Bank and Red Cove Capital are handling the financing.
The Sarah at Crescent Park is ideally located in Central Florida, offering easy access to the area’s various local retailers and restaurants. Sources list the venture’s address as 5108 S Semoran Boulevard, Orlando, Florida, 32812, in Orange County.
