Castille Urbana is currently under construction in Saint Petersburg, Florida. The five-story complex will offer 40 condos, ranging from two-bedroom to three-bedroom units. The venture’s website reports that there are six floorplans to choose from, each named after a different part of Italy. They’re called Gardena, Lucano, Sovana, Bormio, Adage, and Capri.
They measure 1,158 square feet to 1,650 square feet each, and they feature EnergyStar appliances, eight-foot-high windows, and quartz countertops. At the time of publication, the 1,360-square-foot Bormio floorplans were the most popular, having sold out.
Communal amenities at Castille Urbana include a dog park, fitness center, an outdoor patio, and a community room. Conceptual renderings via St. Pete Rising show that the mid-rise building will rest atop a podium. That aspect will contain Castille Urbana’s lobby and parking garage.
NJR Construction Group, the general contractor, started construction in August 2023. Completion is slated for 2024. Condos start in the mid-$600,000s.
Castille Urbana isn’t the only residential venture unfolding in St. Petersburg. In fact, it’s adjacent to Domus Urbana, a 40-unit complex by NJR Companies that was finished earlier this year. Castille Urbana’s address is 600 3rd Avenue South, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33701, in Pinellas County.
