The Gale Hotel & Residences Miami Slated for 601 N.E. First Avenue, Miami, Florida

In 2022, Florida YIMBY had the pleasure of reporting on Natiivo, a 51-story tower that’s under construction in Miami-Dade County. The South Florida Business Journal reports that now that the Natiivo condos have sold out, developers are working on the Gale Hotel & Residences Miami.

That aspect, occupying seven of the 51 floors, will offer 240 luxury condos: 160 for short-term rentals and the remaining 80 as hotel/apartment units. They measure 410 square feet to 910 square feet, with ownership starting in the mid-$400,000s.

Amenities include a swimming pool.

Our sources indicate that future residents can choose from various floorplans, ranging from studio to two-bedroom accommodations. Homes come outfitted with high-quality finishings, integrated smart home technology, and floor-to-ceiling hurricane-grade windows.

Residents of the Gale Hotel & Residences Miami will share amenities with the residents of Natiivo. Those offerings include a fitness center, poolside retreat, dining terrace, and co-working spaces. The community itself is close to the American Airlines Arena, Miami International Airport, and popular museums.

Units measure 410 to 910 square feet.

Miami-based Arquitectonica designed the tower, while Urban Robot designed the interiors. Cervera Real Estate is handling the sales, and GFO Investments is the developer. The Real Deal reports that KAST Construction (the general contractor) could finish construction next year. The project rests on a 1.1-acre build site located at 601 N.E. First Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33132, in Miami-Dade County.
