In March 2023, we reported on the Villas at Royale Tuttle, a residential complex. Now, the developer of the larger Main Street at Tuttle Royale mixed-use center in Royal Palm Beach has unveiled a lineup of high-end tenants as the project nears final approval.
Spanning 41 acres within the Tuttle Royale project on Southern Boulevard and U.S. 441, the development is estimated to cost $550 million, with $400 million allocated for the initial phase.
Of the approximately 400,000 square feet of retail space, over 60% has been leased. Tenants include Fresh Market (26,000 sq ft), Bowlero bowling alley (31,398 sq ft), iPic dine-in movie theater (25,389 sq ft), LA Fitness (50,000 sq ft), and Improv comedy club (19,919 sq ft). Restaurants will feature Cheesecake Factory, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar, and North Italia. Retailers will include Anthropologie, Lululemon, Sephora, Urban Outfitters, American Eagle, and Free People.
The project will also encompass 401 apartments above the retail area, a 125-room hotel, 82,875 square feet of office space (primarily for medical use), and 3,435 parking spaces, with 2,744 in parking garages. BC Architects designed the venture.
The Main Street at Tuttle Royale will be located at the southwest corner of Southern Boulevard and U.S. 441 in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, 33470, in Palm Beach County.
