MG Developer, led by CEO and Founder Alirio Torrealba, has officially completed the topping off of Metro Parc, marking MG’s first transit-oriented multifamily community in the City of Hialeah and the tallest residential building in the City of Progress. Located between 955 East 25th Street and 980 East 26th Street, this 10-story building will offer 559 units. As a mixed-use residential development, Metro Parc features two towers, designed by Modis Architects with Bliss & Nyitray, Inc. as the structural engineer, housing rental apartments with layouts of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ranging from 500 to 800 square feet. The amenities include co-working spaces, an outdoor kitchen, a pool, a gym, ground-level retail spaces, ample parking, and a Latin-inspired food marketplace.

Metro Parc is the initial phase of MG’s landmark “Metro Center” development, which will encompass nearly 2.3 million square feet of upscale apartments and retail space between Metro Parc, Metro Parc North, and Metro Parc South, all located within a transit-oriented community at the heart of Hialeah, poised to revolutionize urban living in the city.

“It is truly an honor to reach this milestone and have Metro Parc top off, as it is our first transit-oriented multifamily community in the City of Hialeah. This project represents a culmination of dedication, innovation, and a shared vision for elevating urban living in the City of Progress,” said Alirio Torrealba. “We look forward to transforming Hialeah into a thriving urban neighborhood in the City as we move forward with Metro Parc North and Metro Parc South. We are dedicated to creating a modern lifestyle destination where people can live, work, and play.”

“This is MG’s first multifamily project in South Florida consisting of 560 units, so this is a pivotal point in our history and for the City of Hialeah as we continue to forge forward in building Metro Center, which includes Metro Parc North and Metro Parc South,” said Diego Torrealba, Executive Vice President of MG Developer. “With more than 1500 units in our pipeline, this project is vital for Hialeah, ensuring the sustained growth and prosperity of young working professionals who seek a vibrant, contemporary community to thrive in.”

Upon completion, Metro Center will emerge as Hialeah’s quintessential modern lifestyle center.
