The Allen Morris Company, led by Allen and Spencer Morris, has received commission approval for their luxury condominium project, Ponce Park Residences, slated for development in Coral Gables. Located at 3000 Ponce de Leon Boulevard, at the intersection with University Drive, this development is poised to become a significant architectural addition to the city. The project, designed by John Cunningham, Managing Principal of Zyscovich’s Orlando office in Winter Park, Florida, and known for his work on the Alhambra Towers, features Mediterranean architectural influences and integrates an active pedestrian arcade leading to a new city park. On May 21, the city commission unanimously voted 5-0 in favor of the project.

The development will encompass approximately 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, featuring two globally renowned restaurants and a world-class wellness spa. The tower will offer 57 condo units with interiors designed by Meyer Davis, showcasing premium Italian kitchens, expansive 12-foot deep balconies with summer kitchens, and clear ceiling heights of 11 to 12 feet. The rooftop deck will also spread over 30,000 square feet and include multiple pools, a cold plunge pool, a hot tub, and a fully staffed private rooftop bar, offering panoramic views of South Gables and Biscayne Bay.

As part of the project, The Allen Morris Company will also invest $2 million in public improvements and take on the redesign of Ponce Circle Park, the city’s central park, with the total park improvements projected to exceed $9 million.

Construction is expected to begin late this year and be completed in Q4 of 2026.
