Elan Palm Reserve is set to welcome its first residents the third week of May. The $90 million project, developed by Greystar, started construction in October 2022.
The first phase will offer more than 300 apartments that, according to sources, feature “resort style living.” The venture’s website reports that homes span from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layouts, measuring 749 square feet to 1,374 square feet each.
In-unit amenities include quartz countertops, full-size washers and dryers, and hardwood-style flooring. Communal amenities include a swimming pool, paved walking trails, a two-story veranda, and a lot more.
At the time of publication, the 771-square-foot units were starting at $2,200 a month. A report from the South Florida Business Journal at groundbreaking reported that 88 of the homes would be designated as workforce housing. Elan Palm Reserve will occupy a 32-acre parcel that Greystar purchased for $27 million in 2021.
New York-based Kushner Cos. was the seller. Spina O’Rourke Partners designed the community. The West Palm Beach-based firm also worked on Alba Palm Beach, an enterprise Florida YIMBY reported on in December 2023. The Miami venture will measure 22 stories above grade and offer 55 luxury units.
Elan Palm Reserve is located at 4350 Peregrine Way, Lake Worth, FL, 33463 in Palm Beach County. The venture lies east of the Florida Turnpike.
