Tampa Bay City Living is moving forward with an upscale eight-unit townhome development near St. Petersburg’s EDGE district. The unnamed development will comprise three-bedroom residences measuring 2,400 square feet each, offering two-car garages with optional electric charging capabilities.
Each home will also come with a fourth-floor rooftop deck. St. Pete Rising notes that ownership starts in the $900,000s. While there are no on-site communal amenities, there is open green space and lush landscaping. Conceptual renderings show that a 24-foot drive aisle runs through the community, with two buildings hosting four homes on either side.
Tampa Bay City Living has received all the necessary permits and is due to start construction within four weeks. The local developer assembled the three parcels that make up the build site over the past two years. Completion is expected 12 months after groundbreaking. Involved parties on the eight-unit development include Shell Basix, Baysite Engineering, and Stridis Renderings.
This townhome development is not the only project in Tampa Bay City Living’s pipeline. It’s also working on a luxury, 23-townhome development in downtown St. Petersburg. Completion is slated for that project in 2025.
The eight-townhome development is planned for 364 14th Street North, St. Petersburg, FL, 33705, in Pinellas County.
