Alabama-based Blackwater Real Estate has plans for a multi-family housing development in Pasco County. Florida Design Consultants is the engineer; the project itself is set to occupy 30 acres.
Hillcrest East Multifamily will comprise four townhomes and six apartment buildings, offering 24 and 304 units, respectively. Homes will span one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans, and the site would offer a variety of communal amenities, including (but not limited to) a swimming pool, community lawn, and multiple dog parks. At the time of publication, sources did not estimate the cost of rent, but according to RentCafé, the average cost of rent for an apartment in Wesley Chapel is currently $1,929.
Pasco County is seeing its fair share of construction, with multiple projects in the works. One of those ventures is Verve Wesley Chapel, a 360-unit community currently under construction. Upon completion, the project would host six four-story buildings, along with 678 parking spots and 30 garages.
The slabs have also been poured on Hamlet Avalon Park, a build-to-rent community featuring 160 cottages, 21 townhome buildings, and seven duplexes. Homes are expected to measure 800 to 1,700 square feet, spanning one-bedroom to three-bedroom models.
Hillcrest East Multifamily would be located off State Road 52 near Bellamy Brothers Boulevard, San Antonio, Florida, 33576, in Pasco County.
