Atlanta-based PulteGroup has plans for an expansive residential community in Manatee County.
Reagan Landing calls for 424 single-family homes measuring one and two stories above grade. There will be 14 home designs, with homes spanning about 1,250 to 5,360 square feet. The community will be developed in three phases.
In-unit features include open-concept layout plans, integrated smart home technology, and energy-efficient appliances. Each home will also feature a two- to three-car garage, depending on the model. Units are priced from $352,000.

Communal amenities will include but aren’t limited to a resort-style swimming pool, dog park, two pickleball courts, and a fitness center. While ground hasn’t officially broken on the project, PulteGroup anticipates having it completed by 2029. Heidit Design is the architect.
PulteGroup has many projects evolving in its Florida pipeline. Earlier this February, Florida YIMBY covered Hilliard Isle, a 2,016 single-family home development in Kissimmee. Construction has started on the first of eight phases. The first four phases will deliver 988 homes.
Other projects by PulteGroup featured by Florida YIMBY include The Dunes at Juno Beach, The Reserve at EastPointe, and The Cottage District.
Reagan Landing is planned for 616 Cotella Cove, Bradenton, Florida, 34212, in Manatee County. The development will occupy 223 acres of land formerly occupied by the Regan Ranch.
