Coastal Construction has reached a milestone with the topping out of a new 30-story residential tower in Tampa, and this is the first of a two-phase development. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Tampa, located at 3101 Bayshore Boulevard, is being developed by Related Group and designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Meyer Davis and landscaping by Enzo Enea. At 350 feet tall, the tower will rank among the tallest residential buildings along Bayshore Boulevard.
During the topping-out ceremony, Coastal Construction recognized the men and women working on the building to achieve this important milestone. A magnolia tree was raised to the top of the building to commemorate the topping out.
