In September 2022, the City of Dania Beach approved 101 Dania Beach, a multi-family housing development in Broward County. Florida YIMBY reported on the first phase in October 2022. The venture just secured approval for a second phase.
The first phase will break ground later this year, measuring 13 stories above grade and 278 units. It will also be home to Dania Beach 101’s amenities, featuring a swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, dog grooming stations, and 23,000 square feet of office space and 4,800 square feet of ground floor retail.
The South Florida Business Journal reports that 101 Dania Beach’s second phase will offer 102 apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes. There will be 14 studios, 29 one-bedroom units, 56 two-bedroom homes, and three three-bedroom units.
Per the Apollo Companies, Dania Beach 101 will offer 380 homes total. Each home comes with EnergyStar appliances, full-size washers/dryers, and linen closets. They also offer keyless entry and private balconies.
Caymares Martin is the architect. Conceptual renderings show that a bridge would connect the first phase to the second one. Sources report that the Miami-based firm presently has four active projects.
101 Dania Beach’s address will be 46 SW 1st Avenue, Dania Beach, FL, 33004, in Broward County. It’ll be east of I-95.
