La Unión, a residential venture within the larger Gasworx development in Tampa, is nearly set to welcome its first residents. According to Multi-Housing News, KETTLER and Juneau Construction Co. have teamed together on the 317-unit project, aiming for completion by Summer 2024.
The venture’s website notes that homes range from studio to three-bedroom luxury apartments, measuring 515 square feet to 1,384 square feet each. There are 23 different floorplans available. In-unit offerings include washers/dryers, designer kitchens with quartz countertops, and vinyl tile flooring. Select units come with patios.
Communal amenities at La Unión include a resort-style swimming pool with cabanas, a two-story fitness center, pet spa, and other offerings. Multi-Housing News indicates that the general contractor broke ground on La Unión in early 2023. It also reports that the complex “kickstarted the rise of apartment buildings within Gasworx.”
Three days ago, Florida YIMBY reported on similar venture taking shape in Tampa’s 33-acre Gasworx: Gasworx W2. The seven-story, 390-unit complex would offer more than 273,000 square feet of rentable space. Completion’s slated for 2026. Also developed by KETTLER and Juneau Construction Co., Gasworx W2 is just a three-minute drive from La Unión.
The latter is located at 1720 Nick Nuccio Parkway, Tampa, FL, 33605, in Hillsborough County.
