In January 2023, Florida YIMBY reported on a project we knew then as “Foxcraft Estates”. Led by Pinnacle, the venture called for 84 homes on a 2.13-acre site. Yet, the developer didn’t close on the land acquisition, so the project never came to fruition.
Now, we have an exciting development regarding this affordable housing venture.

The South Florida Business Journal reports that Miramar’s City Commission considered plans for the project now known as “the Residences at Foxcroft Cove” on September 18th. Georgia-based Nurock Cos., which has the build site under contract from IT Webcam LLC, has plans for a mid-rise housing development.
The Residences at Foxcroft Cove would comprise 93,000 square feet of new construction, offering 84 apartments ranging from 650 to 1,061 square feet each. Floorplans would span one-bedroom to three-bedroom units, and communal amenities would include a lobby, fitness center, and swimming pool. Plans also call for 189 parking spots, averaging about 2.25 spots per unit.
CFM Architects designed the housing development. The firm also partnered with Nurock Cos. on another venture Florida YIMBY covered. In February 2024, we reported on the Residences at Westview Landings, an 11-story development with homes reserved for households earning up to 50 percent of the area median income (AMI).
The Residences at Foxcroft Cove is slated for 3300 Foxcroft Road, Miramar, FL, 33025, in Broward County.
