Kolter Urban has topped off construction on Art House St. Petersburg, a 42-story residential tower at 200 Central Avenue in Downtown St. Petersburg. With over 70% of units sold, the project will feature 244 luxury condominiums, including penthouses, with open floor plans and expansive terraces that provide sweeping views across St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay. Coastal Construction serves as the general contractor for the project, which is scheduled for completion in 2025.
“We are very excited to reach this construction milestone, which brings us one step closer to completing Art House,” said Brian Van Slyke, Regional President of Kolter Urban’s Florida’s West. “Art House will offer residents a lifestyle that embodies the city’s rich cultural scene and coastal charm in the heart of St. Petersburg’s vibrant Downtown.”
Designed by SB Architects, with interior amenity spaces by ID & Design International, Art House combines architectural distinction with thoughtfully planned spaces for modern living, working, and relaxing. Residences range from two to three bedrooms, many with a den, spanning 1,380 to 2,637 square feet. The units embody contemporary luxury with flow-through layouts, open great rooms, floor-to-ceiling glass, gourmet kitchens, and spacious terraces. The penthouse collection on the top three floors offers plans with up to 11-foot ceilings, ranging from 3,157 to 4,847 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, complete with high-end finishes and appliances.
The art-filled lobby will feature The Hub, a private co-working space with collaborative, semi-private, and private seating options. On the ninth floor, residents can access the Cloud 9 amenity deck, featuring an elevated pool with cabanas, a spa, fire pit lounge, and seating areas for sunbathing and viewing. Additional amenities include a club room, theater, game room with simulators, state-of-the-art fitness center, dog park, and fully furnished guest suites for visiting guests.
“Coastal Construction is thrilled to contribute to the ongoing transformation of Downtown St. Petersburg alongside Kolter Urban,” says Sean DeMartino, President Central & North Florida at Coastal Construction Company. “Standing tall at 42 stories, Art House is making a bold statement offering breathtaking views of the city and the bay, blending modern luxury with the natural beauty of the Gulf Coast.”
