Catering to seniors aged 62 and older and senior veterans of the armed services, the partnership has recently secured financing and initiated construction on the project with Bayern Construction as the general contractor.
Ground has officially broken on Ludlam Trail Towers, an affordable housing development in Miami-Dade County. The venture will comprise 64 apartments ranging from 760 square feet to 1,000 square feet each. The community itself measures five stories.
