Construction on the development is underway, and sales are formally scheduled to launch this fall.
The Horizon Group, known for its New York City residential and commercial real estate developments, is making its South Florida debut with 9900 West, a 23-unit residential building planned at 9900 West Bay Harbor Drive in Bay Harbor Islands. Designed by Miami Beach’s award-winning Frankel Benayoun Architects with landscaping by Geomantic and interior design by Craft-Studio, the 6-story structure will comprise a variety of two to four-bedroom units ranging in size from 1,202 to 3,206 square feet. This three-building residential development, designed by S & E Architects, Inc. with Langan Engineering & Environmental Services as the civil engineer, will feature 150 residences and amenities. Clara Bay Harbor’s first building is slated to break ground this March, with completion anticipated for Spring/Summer 2024, and the entire master plan is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
