Florida YIMBY has learned of various projects that plan to bring extended stay hotels in Jacksonville and Palm Springs.
Jacksonville-based Ability Housing has plans for an affordable housing complex in the city’s west side. Village at Cedar Hills will offer a total of 90 units spread across three three-story buildings. Each building will require 32,568 square feet of new construction.
Construction continues on RISE Glen Kernan Park, a 55 and older community in Jacksonville, Florida. Located at the entrance of the Glen Kernan neighborhood, the venture will offer 74 cottages and 234 apartments.
Jacksonville will soon be home to two hotels: an extended stay Everhome Suites and a Home2Suites by Hilton.
