The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has granted height approvals for 20 Northeast 11th Street, the site of the upcoming E11EVEN Hotel & Residences, a 65-story mixed-use skyscraper planned for the Park West section of Greater Downtown Miami. Anticipated to rise 709-feet above sea level on the western side of block 18 as per the property appraiser, the interior lots include lot 7 (30 NE 11th St.), 8 and 9, adding up to 18,750 square feet in total floor area. The building is designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, and developed by New York City and Miami-based Property Markets Group with E11EVEN Partners, led by Michael Simkins, Marc Roberts and Ken Degori.

Ground breaking has yet to begin for E11EVEN Hotel & Residences, a 65-story residential and hospitality building anticipated to rise in the Park West neighborhood of Greater Downtown Miami. Located at 20 Northeast 11th Street between North Miami Avenue and Northeast 1st Avenue, the project is designed by Sieger Suarez Architects and is being developed by Miami and New York City-based Property Markets Group alongside E11EVEN Partners. Already recognized as one of the fastest selling developments in the past decade for Miami, the tower is planned to rise 698-feet yielding 375 fully-furnished residences, including a Penthouse collection and 2 Presidential suites.
Miami and New York City-based investment, development, and asset management firm Property Markets Group (PMG), alongside partner Raven Capital Management (Raven) has announced the securing of a $120 million construction loan for their 825,000-square foot – 26-story Society Orlando mixed-use project located at 434 North Orange Avenue in Downtown Orlando. The loan is being provided for phase one of the development of the project, which broke ground in 2020. Funds are being provided by an entity managed by Los Angeles-based CIM Group.
