Developed by E11EVEN Partners and Property Markets Group, this luxury dual-tower project in Downtown Miami continues to make remarkable progress. Led by general contractor John Moriarty & Associates, the foundation pour was a remarkable feat, made possible by the collaborative efforts of several companies. Fly & Form, Cemex, West Wind, and Florida Concrete Unlimited played pivotal roles in completing the concrete pour. Working in harmony, these companies contributed their expertise and resources to ensure the precise and efficient delivery of concrete, laying a solid foundation for this ambitious development. Over 16 hours, an astounding 6,700 cubic yards of concrete were poured, a testament to the dedication and skill of all involved. Concord Summit Capital, LLC (“Concord Summit”) has arranged a $12 million bridge loan for an infill property in Downtown Miami. Managing Director Justin Neelis and Associate Keegan Burger of Concord Summit’s Miami office sourced and advised the loan. The bridge loan is intended to refinance the existing mortgage and provide predevelopment funds for the sponsor, Bluetrich Holdings, Inc (BHI). BHI plans to utilize these funds to realize its vision for the property, a 0.55-acre parking lot acquired in 2021 for $18 million.
