Luxury electric vehicle manufacturer, Lucid Motors, has opened its newest facility at Miami Worldcenter, a transformative mixed-use development in Downtown Miami. The location, spanning nearly 23,000 square feet, features a Lucid Studio where customers can experience the brand’s luxury electric vehicles, including the award-winning Lucid Air sedan. Operating from Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and on weekends with adjusted hours, the facility also serves as a service and delivery center for the Lucid Air. Concord Summit Capital, LLC (“Concord Summit”) has arranged a $12 million bridge loan for an infill property in Downtown Miami. Managing Director Justin Neelis and Associate Keegan Burger of Concord Summit’s Miami office sourced and advised the loan. The bridge loan is intended to refinance the existing mortgage and provide predevelopment funds for the sponsor, Bluetrich Holdings, Inc (BHI). BHI plans to utilize these funds to realize its vision for the property, a 0.55-acre parking lot acquired in 2021 for $18 million. The site at 130 Southeast 1st Street benefits from the highest density zoning allowed, presenting a significant development opportunity.

Related And Merrimac Secure $94.2 Million To Construct The Crosby At Miami Worldcenter

The Related Group and Merrimac Ventures have successfully secured a substantial $94.2 million in funding for the vertical construction of The Crosby, which is poised to add more density to the ongoing developments at Miami Worldcenter. The residential tower is set to ascend 33 stories high and is expected to top off at around 377 feet above ground, or 390 feet above sea level, according to building permits filed with the FAA in January. The Arkansas-based Bank OZK provided the loan to DT G Block LLC, a joint venture entity affiliated with the developers. Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates and AVRO|KO is in charge of the architectural design and interiors of the project, respectively. The Crosby, which broke ground earlier this year, is slated to offer 450 fully furnished, ready-to-rent residences and 3,370 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
