Habitus Edgewater HF B LLC hopes to move forward with an eight-story hotel in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. The 50,902-square-foot hotel would be under the Sonder banner, offering 61 rooms.

The Miami-Dade County Commission is set to review the transfer of the land lease from 13 Pista LLC to Mas’ entity, Landmark QOZB Construction LLC, on November 6, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
