Developers have approved Amavi St. Cloud in Osceola County, according to city records. The residential development offers 246 attached units on a 29.48-acre plot. Amenities could comprise integrated smart home technology, private yards, and high-end interior finishes.
DR Horton has big plans for a new housing development in St. Cloud, Florida. Bueno Lago is a two-phase venture that seeks to offer residences measuring 1,463 square feet to 2,601 square feet. The venture’s website reports that homes range from three-bedroom to five-bedroom units.
In 2018, Frito-Lay had plans for a massive snack fulfillment center in Osceola County. However, after various setbacks, it decided to table the project for another time. Now, as of August 2022, developers have plans for a $180 million fulfillment center that will require more than 350,000 square feet of new construction.
Construction could soon start on NeoCity, a revolutionary partnership between Osceola County and South Korean company, LG. The mixed-use venture would offer various amenities in phases, ranging from state-of-the-art “smart” amenities to residential units.
Osceola County recently approved a new housing development. Whaley Platt Development will comprise 2,818 units, ranging from townhomes to single-family residences. WESH2 notes that 1,825 units will be single-family detached homes with garages.
