Miami-based developers Royal Palm Companies and ILP Developers celebrate the topping off of Elevate Apartments, a 293-unit multifamily project at 600 East Dania Beach Boulevard in Dania Beach. Designed by NMD Nomadas with De Los Reyes Engineering Inc. as the structural engineer, the 8-story, 503,924-square-foot project will feature a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences ranging from 700 to 1,000 square feet, and amenities such as a pool with sundeck, fitness center, coworking space, water sports equipment storage, and structured parking. Architectural Alliance Landscape is the landscape architect. Suffolk Construction is the general contractor.

Swiss real estate investment powerhouse, Empira Group, has made headlines with its recent acquisition of the 901 Southwest 3rd Avenue development site for $21.5 million, previously referred to as Empire Brickell, in the bustling Brickell neighborhood of Miami. This marks the firm’s second foray into greater downtown Miami’s development landscape in just under a year, with the transaction successfully closing on April 17th, 2023. With construction anticipated to begin in the first quarter of 2024, Empira Group envisions a 26-story tower comprising 310 market-rate apartments alongside approximately 2,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. FAA Permits Filed For Two 329-Foot-Tall Towers At 1919 North Flagler Drive In West Palm Beach

Permits have been submitted to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for work on Olara Residences, a planned 329-foot-tall residential development at 1919 North Flagler Drive in the Currie Park district of West Palm Beach. The permits were filed on April 14, 2023, and are now under review by the FAA. Located along the western side of the Intracoastal Waterway, between Butler Street and Pine Street, the two-towered, 26-story project was designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica and is being developed by New York-based Savanna, which assembled the 1.82-acre development site for $15.9 million between June 2021 and June 2022. The blueprint for Olara Residences encompasses 275 condominiums and 210 apartments for lease, with interiors designed by New York-based Gabellini Sheppard Associates, 1,570 square feet of business area, approximately 80,000 square feet of amenities, and a 30,000-square-foot eatery and gourmet marketplace.
