Miami’s Building Department has recently issued a construction permit for The Crosby, an upcoming 33-story mixed-use building located within Miami Worldcenter at 601 North Miami Avenue in downtown Miami. Designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates Architects with interiors envisioned by AvroKO and developed by DT G Block LLC, a joint venture between Related Group and Merrimac Ventures, the 377-foot-tall structure will encompass 450 condominium units, accommodating short-term rentals, along with more than 22,000 square feet of amenities, a rooftop bar and restaurant, and 3,370 square feet of retail space. Notably, the development will omit parking facilities. Beauchamp Construction serves as the general contractor.

Located at 601 North Miami Avenue, in the heart of Downtown Miami, the 33-story residential tower will offer 450 fully furnished, ready-to-rent homes purposely designed, constructed, and licensed to allow for seamless listing on all leading home share platforms (subject to applicable laws and restrictions). Designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates and developed between the Related Group, one of South Florida’s most active condo developers, and Merrimac Ventures led by the Motwani Brothers, the development will include 450 fully-furnished units with interiors by New York City-based AvroKO, ranging between 350 square feet to 825 square feet. Units will come in studio, one-bedroom and two bedroom floor plans accompanied by over 22,000 square feet of amenities and 4,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space. Miami Lakes-based Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates, the architect behind the 43-story Caoba tower, is leading the design with New York City-based AvroKO named as the interior designer.
