Developed by Housing Trust Group (HTG), this project is a monumental achievement, addressing the city’s pressing need for affordable housing. This public-private collaboration introduces an innovative concept of affordable living. Flagler Station comprises 94 apartments for incomes from 30 to 80 percent of the area’s median income.
