Gateway Jax has announced nearly 10,000 square feet of new retail leases at Pearl Square, the developer’s $1 billion mixed-use development spanning nine city blocks in Downtown Jacksonville’s Urban Core. The announcement marks the first wave of ground-floor tenants for Vandeveer, the district’s inaugural residential building, as the first phase of the master-planned development approaches completion.
A new affordable housing development is headed to Miami’s Naranja neighborhood. Construction started on the project in June, and it’s slated for completion in early 2028.
Phase One of Upland Park has been completed at 1455 NW 121st Avenue in West Miami-Dade, marking the delivery of the first residential component of the $1 billion mixed-use transit-oriented development. Developed by Terra, the 47-acre master-planned community is designed by PPK Architects in collaboration with master plan architect Arquitectonica and urban planner Plusurbia Design. The newly completed phase introduces 578 multifamily apartments, with leasing underway and residents now moving into the community.
